Newspaper articles on winter sales

With regards to the sleeping bag, if you want to purchase your own or are unable to borrow from the seniors, you can place your order with me (as mentioned by Yvonne in the email) by Wednesday. I'll be giving out an order form for this on Wednesday so if you won't be around, please SMS me (check contact list for number) or inform a friend to help you order. The sleeping bag costs around $50, but if we're able to get a bulk discount, it'll cost $37.

As for the backpack, I'll be ordering through the same shop in hope of getting a greater discount. As for the price, I have not called them to find out but will do so by Monday or Tuesday. This shop is Sports Connection (branches are at Parkway Parade, Tampines Mall etc). The backpack will probably be one of the usual brands like Vertical, Bodypac, High Sierra etc. But as Ms Tan mentioned in the email, it's not compulsory if you are able to lug your luggage up hills and stairs.
